This was what Juno's bankai originially was, but it was overpowered (for her) and didn't really make any sense with her character or abilities, so I figured I'd give it to my bad guy, Cleo. All the designs on this blade are all the designs from previous zanpakutous she taken from her fallen foes. She absolutely adores her blade and looooves to show it off
