Hello! Long time no talk.

I've been pretty active on other websites but on this one I've been lacking, sadly. I'm working on finding new artists to follow and being the watcher I once was.

How's everyone (that's still alive on here) been?

Hey guys!! Just figured I'd update some people on what's been happening with moi. As interesting that I try to be, it's been pretty dull few months.

Other than my depression totally kicking my ass to the curb, I've been really good. I got a new job where all I get to do is work with adorable little babies all day and it's the best. There's one baby who I'd totally take home if her parents one day gave her to me. Total angel.

My birthday came and went, just the way I like it. Birthdays are boring y'all. And people make too big of a deal.

Although, lately it's been difficult for me to write. No motivation, no inspiration, and I feel like the whole story is not good. And touching on the lack of motivation/inspiration, that's all thanks to clinical depression. It sucks : (((( but it'll be okay. 

And that's literally it. Like I said, dull and broing few months for me.

I was tagged by the ever fantastic sun--shark to do the eight facts about an OC. Aaaand I get to do it about Cadi, a super fun OC to talk about, which means there will proabably be more than eight facts below

Aaaand unfortunately I don't have a picture of her, so use your lovely imaginations

1. Cadi has brown hair that runs down to the back of her knees and it is terribly tangled, and rarely ever not a mess. Which is why she'll literally just pile it onto a mess on the top of her head. Her skin is a deep olive, complimenting her deep brown eyes. She's muscular, very well built, and is highly flexible. She assumes it's from having to break her bones, molt her skin, and change her muscles with each shift... but it could also just be because she's gifted.

2. And speaking of "gifts", Cadi is a shapeshifter, a cursed one, who has no idea how to control it. Her favorite form is that of a wolf, though it seems that the animal changes with her mood. If she's feeling like she needs to get away fast, she's a bird. If she's sad probably a sad animal? You get the picture (though she doesn't).

3. Also, Cadi has no idea how human interaction works. When she first got cursed she spent practically fifty years as a wolf. Why she lived that long, she doesn't know, but being in the form of an animal for so long put her waaaay out of practice with the social norms. She used to be able to beg as a dog to get scraps of food, and still does it now, thinking that people will do the same. Things would be awkward but she has no idea what awkward is, so she just about does what she wants. Including parading around naked and eating raw meet.

4. She has no idea how to speak. Occasionally a few words will come back to her and she'll try and form a sentence, but usually she just grunts. Or stares. Or makes gestures with her hands. Or she'll just scream at you because she has no idea what to do and is super frustrated.

5. Cadi had a wife and a daughter before she was cursed. Her wife died in a fire and her daughter is still alive. Though she reconnected with her daughter, the relationship is... strange and uncomfortable. Cadi has no idea how they should work. And not to mention it's pretty odd that Cadi is still in her 20s and her daughter is in her 60s.

6. Cadi has a deep, deep desire for love and companionship because she went on for so long alone. However, she has no idea how to express anything even resembling love. She'd probably bring her lady a dead rabbit that she killed. And expect kisses for it. (she's also hella sapphic c: )

7. Keep your perfume bottles away because she'll dump the entire thing all over her body. She looooooves perfume.

8. Cadi is protective to a point that it can be dangerous. For example, if you were talking to someone and they touched your arm she might breaking that someone's hand but it comes from a good place. Be gentle with her.

9. In case you didn't read the end of six, Cadi is so fucking gay i love her.
